RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products that are indicated on the website as being non-returnable due to their special characteristics cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns will be examined by our quality control team. If there is any defect, such as breakage, stains or if it is detected that the article has been used, the return will not be accepted. Cash on delivery payments will not be accepted.
